Does Configuration manager provide a list of computers that we can select from? We're a global company, and we don't always readily have the name of an end user's computer. Unlike other remote control tools that I've used in the past, there doesn't seem to be a list of computers to select from when when we need to work with a particular remote computer? With Configuration manager, we have to already know the computer name that we want to access.
